Summary: Messed my reservations up and then increased the cost, took 2 hrs to get corrected. Room too cold upon entering then started smelling like mold when I turned to A/C off. Staff ignored me at first and threatened to cancel completely when the mistake was theirs. I will not stay at that place again.
