Summary: There was a bar/restaurant downstairs but since we were trying to isolate prior to my husband's transplant next week, we didn't go there. The view of Lake Superior and access to the beach area was great. The only staff person we interacted with was by text/email (because of our desire to isolate). Response times were very good.
