Summary: We arrived at the property on December 22nd 2016 for an eight night stay. Prior to our arrival Janice had already communicated with us on a couple of occasions to ensure we were comfortable with all the details, she suggested things to do in Jamaica and she answered all of questions and concerns. We were met by Everton at the airport, our driver and tour guide. We proceeded to the property and met with Winsome who gave us an extremely warm Jamaican welcome, an excellent tour of the house and property. The house was clean and very well laid out. The house is centrally located for stores, beach, tourist attractions and supermarket. We felt safe within the complex. The weather was great and the people we also great and very friendly. Both Janice and Winsome called us during our vacation to make sure we were enjoying our stay and vacation and check if we needed anything, this was really reassuring. Everton was a great investment (suggested by Janice) for us as he helped make our vacation a very memorable one. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and a safe driver. Janice called us at home upon our return to close the link on our stay, wish us all the best in the new year and ensure we enjoyed Jamaica, real customer service. I would recommend renting this property to anyone.
