Located on Sargent Beach, this adorable beach house is just what you need to melt the stresses away of every day life!
Think tiny-house vibes, but more space.. On the main level, there is a room with a queen bed, a full bathroom, washer/dryer, comfortable living room and fully stocked kitchen. Upstairs, there is a king bedroom loft. Almost the entire wall facing Sargent Beach is windows, so just imagine yourself waking up and watching the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf!
Outside, there is a wrap around balcony with comfortable patio furniture, as well as covered areas and seating under the house.
Best of all.. just a few steps away, you'll be enjoying Sargent Beach! Fish the surf, hunt for seashells or play in sand and waves!

Summary: Great little place right on the water! Perfect for a couple! The house has pretty much everything you need, as I mentioned to the property manager I think a nightlight on the steep stairs going up to the main bedroom would help seeing going downstairs to the only bathroom in the night!! We would definitely like to come back! Just under two hours from Houston it felt like we were really able to get out of the city and enjoy the views from the house and relax on the beach.
