Summary: The home provided many supplies and nice towels and it was very clean upon arrival. We appreciated using the wagon and chairs when we went to the beach. We enjoyed several movies provided. However, the grass in the yard was long, the pool water was cloudy and there were algae circles along the steps and bottom of the pool. This was a disappointment as we did rent this home with the pool in mind. The air conditioner did not cool well during the day. The owner did send AC techs but it did not help much. Our stay was during very hot days but an AC unit should be able to maintain set temperatures. The dishwasher was broken and a contractor was unable to make it before our arrival. The owner did tell me about this and apologized for that inconvenience.
