Get away to the Maine outdoors at this house with a view in Caratunk, Maine! Located on a quiet road right off of Route 201 and one tenth mile from the Caratunk Boat Launch on Wyman Lake. The property offers privacy for your Maine getaway. Includes on-site dog kennel and space to store canoes and kayaks during your stay, allowing you to bring your pets with you on your Maine vacation. Well-behaved pets are welcome inside the house. Use of the kennel is optional, and at the pet owner’s discretion.

Summary: Great location and cozy, rustic cabin!We had a great stay at this cabin—it was in a good location, really close to everything we planned to do. The house has partial views of the lake and easy access to it, with a restaurant and coffee shop just a short drive away. The cabin itself is super cozy, with warm wood interiors and thoughtful decor that made it feel very welcoming. It would have made our stay better if there was a fire pit or space to have a campfire to relax by. Theres also no use of the wood stove inside, although being summer we wouldn't have used it anyway. If we were staying in the colder months that’s a must! The only downside was that the house wasn’t left very clean by the previous guests, so we had to tidy up a bit when we arrived. We did book last-minute, though, so that might have been a factor.Overall, we’d definitely recommend this place to others looking for a peaceful and well-located getaway.
