Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards, and check-out is by 10:00. Please respect the check-out time so our dedicated cleaning team can properly sanitize and prepare this spacious 300 m² apartment for the next arrivals. If you need a late check-out or early check-in, please reach out in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
2. SMOKING POLICY:

Our property is located in a friendly and peaceful residential area of Dubrovnik along Pelješka ulica. We kindly ask you to be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. Please keep noise levels, TV volume, and voices to a minimum during this time to ensure everyone enjoys a good night's rest.
5. PARTIES & EVENTS:
To preserve the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly forbidden. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 8 guests, and no unregistered visitors are allowed to stay overnight without prior approval from the host.
6. CARE OF THE PROPERTY & ENERGY CONSERVATION:
Please treat our home with the same love, care, and respect as you would your own. We kindly request that you turn off the air conditioning, lights, and any unneeded appliances whenever you leave the apartment. We understand that accidents can happen! If anything breaks, spills, or stops working during your stay, please notify us immediately. This allows us to arrange for prompt repairs or replacements before the next guests arrive, and helps avoid complications at the end of your trip.
