The Space:
The apartment is a penthouse with two balconies, it has views of the mountains and also the city. It is very calm and quiet. Light enters all day long in all the rooms and the living room, it is wonderful to be in a place this incredible.
With four bedrooms, three of them doubles with two beds each and a single room, there is enough space for 7 people. All rooms have large closets and a desk for studying or working.
The two bathrooms, completely new, are a delight and very equipped, with very large showers and large sinks. The living-dining room is very large and is divided into the living room area with two large sofas and a large TV. The dining area has a very large table with many chairs for the best breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is indicated in the listing. It must be paid before arrival. To facilitate the management of security deposits, the Owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows deposits to be made online using a bank card number, without affecting the guest's account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, cash payments, or blocking a credit card. To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the Owner and follow the requested steps, at least one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the Guest will not be charged the requested amount, but rather authorizes the charge in case of damage.
Damage Deposit Collection: If the property is left in good cleaning condition and no damage or missing items are observed during the final inventory at the end of the stay, the bank details will be removed no later than 10 days after the end of the stay.
If damage is found, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly after the Owner has deducted the cost of the damages, plus a 5.6% fee for collection costs.
