Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The view is amazing, close to the seaside and the beach. There is a nice promenade nearby to have a walk. The area is very quite, but the place is close to Cullera, a very popular and vibrant holiday place. A lot of parking places for the car, wifi connection is very good.

Negative: Except for the view we were pretty dissapointed because the place needs basic renovation, everything was left as it was constructred/furnished in the beginning, there are stains almost everywhere in the house and it looks pretty untidy. The place doesn't have proper heating system for the winter period, we got 2 electrical heaters, but it doesn't feel like enough, the surface being quite big. Balcony windows are hardly opening/closing and the wind is blowing through them. The kitchen we didn't really use, but we felt like it was not clean enough. We book the full appartment and it had 3 bedrooms from which 2 of them were locked by the host. Not that we planned to switch the room everynight, but I don't find it necessary.
