Riverdance has New LG appliances, central air conditioning which sits right on the beautiful San Juan River. The deck offers incredible views of deer, duck, geese, magnificent long range mountain views as well as a panoramic view of Pagosa Springs and the world famous Hot Springs. The deck is so close to the river that you could actually fish from the deck as well as enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river from the master bedroom window upstairs.

I have appointed my townhome with many of the features that discriminating travelers expect in their lodging, such as a HD flat screen SMART TV with satellite stations, incredibly comfortable beds and two new king size beds or twin beds to greet you after your active day in the mountains, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to grab a quick meal or, if you choose, prepare a gourmet meal to enjoy in the beautiful dining room.

Riverdance is located within walking distance of Pagosa Springs where you can enjoy this delightful mountain village with its movie theater, fabulous food, a brand new nature hiking trail on the river and of course the world famous hot springs.
In winter Pagosa Springs is world famous for its powder snow and you will find the world class Wolf Creek Ski area just a short 20 minute drive from your front door. Summary: Beth’s place was perfect and extremely comfortable for 4 adults. The beds were great, kitchen well stocked, chairs to sit outside on both the front and riverside balconies. The location was excellent, it was close to town, a park, the Springs resort. Would gladly stay there again!!
