Positive: First of all the staff..sooo friendly and lovely!! Always cleaners cleaning daily! Beds are comfy and nice white cotton style sheets. Had pool to myself on many occasions.

Negative: Kitchen sadly was not open. Lift out of service.. kept me fit thou!
