You can see the ocean from the front yard.... that's how close we are to the beach. A 3 minute walk to beautiful Popponesset beach! Renovated the home Spring 2017. We purchased the house from the original owner in August of 2016. Our family owns two other homes on this 14 house dead end street. Walk six houses and down a short path before crossing the only bridge on Dean's pond and you are at the beach. This four bedroom house is ideal for large families or two small families. With a deck and a screened in porch there is plenty of room to enjoy family dinners and conversation. Kitchen is very well stocked for all your cooking needs. We know this area very well.
