Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. The location was great, just a five minute walk to the beach access. A wonderful surprise was the fact that we could watch the sunset AND the sunrise from the back deck, over the marsh, due to the orientation of the island. The property was clean and spacious and felt homey yet not cluttered. The modem was not working when we arrived, and thus we had no wi-fi, but the property management was friendly, helpful and responsive and it was replaced Monday. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. The main living room was very functional and cozy for many family activities. The kitchen was beautiful, especially with the bay window overlooking the marsh. The kitchen was not overly stocked with as many dish and gadget options as we've seen in the past with other rental properties, but was sufficient. Overall this was one of our favorite places to spend quality family time at the beach and we would recommend it to anyone.
