Summary: The property was clean, well maintained and centrally located close to many uptown amenities. Walking to downtown or Old town was difficult and required a cab, unless you wanted to walk over 1 hour. Unfortunately my low rating is directly related to the lack of privacy this unit has. The unit shares access through a mudroom that connects directly to a basement unit, with no secure barrier or lock under guest control. This arrangement was not disclosed in the listing, and it caused significant discomfort during our stay due to unexpected foot traffic, noise and the lack of privacy or security in this shared space.
