Summary: Property is generally pretty good. There were a few standout staff but overall there was a bit of a lack of attentiveness. Particularly unhelpful was the unqualified early check-in and late check-out which wasn’t provided on the basis that the room was “sold out” despite the fact they were still selling it on the website. That was pretty disappointing.
